We retain an email you send for the purpose of answering it. The message remains within our organization unless disclosure is required by law.

No Court-Record Data on File
We do not host, maintain, compile, or sell a database of court dockets or personal case information. This site provides general directions to DeKalb County docket PDFs and explains how to seek official records from Susan L. Martin, the DeKalb County Circuit Court Clerk, or the clerk responsible for the particular court. Tennessee has no confirmed statewide trial-court search for DeKalb County. We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor information is never assembled into consumer reports or files about other people.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies power the search boxes. Their own privacy policies, retention rules, and disclosure practices apply to information submitted through those tools, and we do not control those practices. Read the applicable partner policy before searching.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to the DeKalb County Circuit Court Clerk, Tennessee court resources, legal-aid organizations, or outside search services. Once you leave this site, the destination's privacy policy controls. Review it before providing personal information.
Some advertising providers may use activity across multiple websites to select targeted advertising. That collection occurs through their systems rather than ours.
Who Might See Your Data
Personal data is not sold. It may nevertheless be disclosed to:
- Search partners that handle queries you run on our site
- Analytics services we use to track traffic and performance
- Ad networks that place ads on our pages
- Law enforcement or government bodies when a valid legal order requires it
How We Protect Your Data
We use standard safeguards for collected information. No internet-connected system is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee that a breach will never occur.

The website is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone younger than 18. If we learn that a minor supplied such information, we will delete it.
